Promotion Terms – $10k Paycheck Giveaway 

Promoter: Year13 Pty Ltd (ABN 93 606 583 706) Platform: This promotion is conducted via the Anyway platform available anyway.ai/au (Platform), which is operated by the Promoter. 

 

Eligibility 

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 13 years or older. 
  • Entrants must reside in Australia. 
  • Entrants residing outside of Australia are not eligible to enter. 
  • If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter and to accept any prize. 
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

 

Promotion Period 

  • The promotion commences at 12:00 AEST on 11th August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 1st September 2026 (Promotion Period). 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws. 

 

How to Enter 

  • To enter, eligible participants must complete the entry requirements described in the Platform during the Promotion Period. 
  • Participants may receive one or more entries as described in the Platform. 
  • Participants may have the opportunity to earn or redeem additional entries through activities or features made available in the Platform from time to time. 
  • The availability and method of earning additional entries may change during the Promotion Period, provided such changes do not unreasonably disadvantage participants. 

 

Prize(s) 

  • There is one (1) prize available, consisting of: 1 x $10k Cash prize 
  • Only entrants from the following states will be eligible: 
  • NSW, VIC, QLD, WA. 
  • One (1) prize will be awarded via bank transfer 
  • If the winner is under 18 years of age, this will be transferred to the account of a guardian 
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any travel, or additional costs associated with use of the prize.  

Winner Selection 

This is a game of skill. 

  • Winners will be required to  
  • One (1) winner will be drawn. 
  • The draw will take place on 3rd Sept 2026. 

 

 

Notification of Winners 

  • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days of the draw. 

 

Unclaimed Prizes 

  • If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the Promoter may redraw a winner for that region or reallocate the prize, acting reasonably. 

 

Entry Conditions 

  • The Promoter may disqualify any entry that: is incomplete, illegible or not received during the Promotion Period; breaches these Promotion Terms or the Platform Terms and Conditions; or is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms. 
  • Entrants must provide accurate personal information, including their residential address. The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and region prior to awarding a prize. 

 

Additional Conditions 

  • Winners are responsible for ensuring they are available to attend relevant events. 
  • If a prize (or any part of a prize) becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 

 

Privacy 

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 

 

General 

  • This promotion is subject to the Platform Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency, these Promotion Terms prevail. 
  • All promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
