Have you ever made a sandwich with a robot? 🤖 Our hospitality students recently welcomed a new chef to the kitchen, Jetson, A GI humanoid robot from VU’s Brimbank Tech School, where they partook in a sandwich-making competition. While Jetson excelled in presentation with his custom jacket and chef’s hat, his sandwich did not compute with the judges. Congratulations to students Hugo Garrett & Henry Deller, who were crowned kings of the sandwich & presented with toastie trophies.🧀🏆 Humanity remains undefeated... at least until the robots perfect the ultimate toastie.
