You investigate insurance claims by visiting accident scenes, interviewing people, reviewing photos and medical records, and deciding how much an insurance company should pay. You'll use mobile apps, digital cameras, and claims management software to document everything and estimate damages. You need to be fair, thorough, and able to explain complex decisions to upset customers. This role combines detective work with customer service.
