Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Year13 Pty Ltd (ABN 93 606 583 706)Platform: This promotion is conducted via the Anyway platform available at anyway.ai (Platform), which is operated by the Promoter.  Eligibility  

  • Entry is open to residents of the United States of America aged 13 years or older. 
  • Entrants must reside in the United States of America
  • Entrants residing outside of the United States of America are not eligible to enter. 
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
  • Entrants must have a valid passport

Entries in drawings are subject to our Terms & Conditions. 

  1. Entries will begin being accepted from midnight on August 4th 2026 Eastern Standard Time (EST), and must be received before midnight on September 1st 2026 EST, to be considered for the drawing.
  2. Participants may only enter once per person inclusive of all entry methods, by:

    a. successfully registering an Anyway account, and 

        i. verifying their US phone number on their Anyway account, and 

       ii. completing all the featured “Learn to win” topics

iii. accepting T&Cs and submitting entry form on content completion

  1. One (1) winner will be drawn and will receive:
  2. Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 4th 2026, including alternate winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email on or about September 4th 2026 and must claim their prize within 7 days by following the instructions in the email. In the event that a selected winner is deemed ineligible or does not claim the prize within the stated timeframe, alternate winner(s) will be notified, and this process will continue until all prizes are awarded.

Entry Conditions 

The Promoter may disqualify any entry that:  

  • is incomplete, illegible or not received during the Promotion Period; 
  • breaches these Promotion Terms or the Platform Terms and Conditions; or 
  • is fraudulent, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms. 

Entrants must provide accurate personal information, including their residential address. The Promoter may verify an entrant’s eligibility and region prior to awarding a prize.  

 

Additional Conditions  

  • Winners may be required to sign documentation provided by CCEP as a condition of accepting the Prize (including waivers and confidentiality undertakings).  
  • Winners agree to attend an induction as a condition of accepting the Prize.   
  • Winners are responsible for ensuring they are available to attend relevant events. 
  • If a prize (or any part of a prize) becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. 
  • Winners may be required to partake in promotional content related to the prize.

 

Privacy  

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 

 

General  

  • This promotion is subject to the Platform Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency, these Promotion Terms prevail. 
  • All promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws. 

 

  • No purchase necessary.
